Paediatric dentogram auto-switch

The dentogram now automatically switches to the 20-tooth primary dentition chart (FDI 51–85) when a patient is under 12 years old. No manual selection required.

Lab order ETA calculation

Each lab vendor now has a configurable turnaround time. Dento365 calculates the expected ready date automatically and flags overdue orders.

NPS satisfaction survey

A one-question NPS survey is sent to patients 30 minutes after visit close via WhatsApp. Scores are tracked monthly on the Digital Authority report.
